“We help small, local businesses stand out online: your Google listing and the website details customers see first, corrected and connected, so you look as good online as the work you actually do.”
Sound familiar?
Signs your business is harder to find than it should be.
- Your posted hours do not match your website.
- Your primary category is too general or inaccurate.
- Your description does not clearly explain what you do.
- Customers cannot immediately identify the best way to contact you.
- Your profile has old, weak, or inconsistent photos.
- You do not have an easy review link or request process.
- You have no idea whether your website analytics are even tracking anything.
- You are not sure Google and AI tools can actually read what your site says.
- You set things up once and have not looked at any of it since.
Any of these sound like you? That’s exactly what the $299 Tune-Up fixes.
What you get for $299
Nine things, all real, all yours to keep.
How it’s shown to you
Not a summary. The actual before and after.
What we found
The specific gaps between what customers see and what's actually true: a listing, a missing tracking setup, a site search engines can't quite read.
What changed
Every edit, shown before and after: your Google listing, your analytics, your schema, your quick fixes. Not summarized.
What you keep
The review-request kit, the 30-day checklist, and the snapshot report. Yours whether or not you ever hire us again.
What happens next
You manage it yourself from here, or keep us on an optional month-to-month plan. If something real falls outside this scope, we'll say so plainly. Bigger work is optional, never assumed.
Said plainly
What this isn’t.
- No promised ranking positions, review volume, AI citations, leads, calls, or revenue. Nobody can guarantee those, us included.
- Not ongoing SEO management. This is a fixed, one-time set of fixes, not monthly content or link-building work. Keeping the foundation current afterward is a separate, optional month-to-month plan.
- Not a forced funnel into a larger project. Bigger work is optional, and only relevant if something real falls outside this scope.
Good to know
What to expect, before you buy.
Businesses included
One business, one location per Tune-Up. Multiple locations are common; we scope that on the first call.
Typical turnaround
Confirmed on your first call, since it depends on your current access to your listing and site.
How it’s delivered
Two short calls with the founder: one to agree the fixes, one to hand off what changed. A fixed part of the process, not open-ended consulting time.
Access needed
Manager or owner access to your Google Business Profile, plus enough website access to install GA4 and schema. We walk you through both.
Verification
If Google asks for (re)verification, that happens through Google directly. We walk you through it, since it's part of the process, not a blocker to starting.
Not included
Profile suspensions or reinstatement, ongoing SEO management, or monthly marketing. Keeping the foundation current afterward is a separate, optional month-to-month plan.
Support window
60 days to catch and fix anything that doesn’t hold from our side
The terms, before you buy
Scoped before work begins
You see the full scope and the total project price in writing before anything starts. No surprise invoices, no open-ended hours.
No long-term contract
The Local Presence Tune-Up is a fixed-scope, fixed-price service. One payment, no recurring commitment. The optional Local Presence Partner plan is month to month, cancel before your next bill. Any larger work is quoted separately and you can stop it at the end of any month.
You own what we build
Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, CRM, and automations stay in your name. If we part ways, you keep all of it.
60-day fix policy
If something we build does not work the way it was scoped, we diagnose and fix it at no extra cost within the first 60 days. It covers our build, not ranking positions or ad results, which nobody can guarantee.

After the Tune-Up
One plan for your online presence, built together.
The Tune-Up fixes what's broken today. After that, your online presence keeps changing, and reviewing it alone every month isn't the best use of your time.
Local Presence Partner is a standing monthly partnership. Josh looks at your Google profile, your website, your tracking, and your reviews as one picture, then meets with you to build the plan together: what's working, what to fix next, and what it's worth doing this month. Some months that's one change. Some months it's a few.
It's not unlimited marketing work. It's a real, agreed plan every month, sized to what your business actually needs.
Local Presence Partner
$299/month
One business · One location · Month to month
Starts after your Local Presence Tune-Up. Nothing to decide today. Everything from the Tune-Up is yours either way, and you can add this later.
Keep my online presence current →Books a short call with Josh to build the plan together. Month to month, cancel before your next bill, no annual contract.
One full view of your online presence, every month
Not your listing one week and your website the next. Josh looks at all of it together, so you get an honest read on where things actually stand.
A plan we build together
30 minutes with Josh each month: what changed, what’s not working, and what’s worth doing next. A working session, not a status update.
The updates that plan calls for
Depending on what we agree to, that might mean a listing update, a change on your website, a fresh profile post, or a few of those at once. Sized to what actually matters that month, not a fixed quota.
Your calls, forms, and reviews, kept working
We confirm your tracking and contact path still work and keep your review-request flow ready, so nothing quietly breaks between conversations.
Everything in writing
What we agreed to, what changed, and what’s next, after every session. Nothing depends on anyone’s memory.
The 30 minutes, every month
Same four steps every month, so you leave with a plan, not another conversation.
What changed
5 min
Everything since last time: your profile, your site, new reviews, tracking, and anything new in the business.
What's not working
10 min
An honest look at what’s holding you back: reviews, a weak service page, a slow contact path, a paid-ad test, or nothing real this month.
Build the plan
10 min
Agree together on what's worth doing in the next 30 days.
Confirm it
5 min
Put the plan in writing, including anything that belongs in a bigger, separately scoped project.
If you need more
Need more than this covers? That is a real need, and squeezing it into a $299 plan would shortchange it. We outline a separate fixed project, its exact scope, and the decision it solves. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Have a bigger issue than the Tune-Up or the monthly plan covers? Your website itself, ads, or lead follow-up?
