Methodology
The 20 dimensions, the report format, and how the modeled numbers are built.
This is the complete framework behind your audit score: every dimension and weight, a full example report showing the format, and the exact inputs behind the modeled competitor and revenue figures. Your own audit uses your real URL, not this example.
20 Dimensions Analyzed
Every score is specific.
Every finding is actionable.
This is Solenzo's diagnostic framework, not an official ranking-factor list. Each dimension is drawn from published guidance from Google and the AI platforms on local visibility, structured data, and content quality. The weights are our own judgement about what moves the needle first for a local service business.
Google Business Profile Completeness
Is your Google listing complete enough to win the click?
Whether your Google Business Profile has its category, hours, phone, website, and photos filled in — the listing most local customers see before they ever reach your site.
Review Recency
Are fresh reviews still coming in?
How recently your most recent Google reviews were posted, and how many you have overall. Fresh reviews drive Maps ranking and buyer trust; a stale profile slips behind competitors.
Reviews vs. Local Competitors
How does your review count stack up against the businesses beating you?
Your Google review count and star rating compared against the top-ranked businesses for your category in your area — the gap buyers and Google both notice.
Mobile Load Speed
Does your site load fast on a phone?
How quickly your homepage loads on mobile, where most local searches happen. A slow phone experience quietly costs you calls and form fills.
Website Call-to-Action
Can a ready customer reach you without hunting?
Whether your homepage shows a tap-to-call number, contact form, or booking link up top on mobile — so a customer who is ready to act can, immediately.
Business Info Consistency
Do your name, address, and phone match everywhere?
Whether the business name, address, and phone on your website match your Google listing. Mismatches confuse Google and customers and quietly suppress Maps ranking.
Entity Clarity
Is Google confident in who you are and what you do?
How clearly your business entity is defined — niche, persona, expertise signals, and consistent naming across every page and touchpoint. The foundation of the Knowledge Graph.
Trust & Authority
Do you have the signals that earn trust from humans and machines?
E-E-A-T signals: reviews, case studies, team pages, author credentials, external mentions, and social proof. Google filters unreliable content; AI systems favor verifiable brands.
GEO & AI Visibility
Are you structured to be cited by AI-generated answers?
Whether your content — FAQ formatting, direct answers, experience narratives — makes you a preferred citation source for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
CSQAF Readiness
Can AI crawlers extract, understand, and trust your content?
Four pillars: Crawler Fluency (clean HTML + AI crawler access), Extraction Efficiency (answer-first formatting), Entity Salience (brand as distinct entity), and Semantic Integrity (consistent messaging site-wide). The unified AIO/AEO/GEO score.
Citation Readiness
Is your content authoritative enough to be cited as a primary source?
Named experts, specific data points, original research, quotable claims, proper attribution. LLMs strongly prefer content they can cite with confidence — generic content gets paraphrased or skipped.
Fact Density
Does your content contain the specific data AI systems prefer to quote?
The concentration of citable facts — statistics, benchmarks, specific numbers, research findings — per page. AI systems prefer content they can quote precisely.
CSQAF: Four Pillars
The unified AIO / AEO / GEO score.
Most frameworks treat AI optimization as separate work. CSQAF unifies crawler access, content extraction, entity recognition, and semantic consistency into a single machine-readability score.
Crawler Fluency
Clean HTML that bots can parse without JS rendering, plus the robots.txt rules that decide which AI crawlers may read you. GPTBot is OpenAI’s training crawler; OAI-SearchBot is the one behind ChatGPT search results. They are separate rules and worth setting deliberately.
Extraction Efficiency
Answer-first formatting with direct 40 to 60 word answers under question-based headings.
Entity Salience
Brand, authors, and topics defined as distinct entities, not just keywords. AI uses this to verify credibility.
Semantic Integrity
Consistent messaging, NAP data, and schema across every page and touchpoint.
Topical Coverage
How deep is your authority across your niche?
The range and depth of topics your site covers relative to your niche — what you rank for, what gaps exist, and where competitors have claimed territory you haven't.
Information Gain
Does your content add something no one else has said?
Whether your content adds unique value — original data, named client outcomes, specific before/after results, first-person insights — versus restating common knowledge. Google's Helpful Content system and AI models both penalize me-too content.
Query Network Coverage
Are you visible across the full buyer journey?
TOFU/MOFU/BOFU coverage — whether your content addresses awareness, comparison, and purchase-intent queries. Google favors sites that serve buyers at every stage.
Content Cluster Architecture
Do you have pillar pages with supporting clusters?
Hub-and-spoke content structure — pillar pages covering broad topics, supported by specific cluster content. This is how Google identifies topical authority rather than isolated keyword wins.
Schema Markup
Is your structured data complete and correct?
JSON-LD presence and accuracy — Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review. Schema is how AI extracts and trusts your facts. Without it, AI systems rely on inference, which is less reliable and less likely to produce a citation.
Content Readability
Can AI models parse and extract your content with confidence?
Sentence structure, formatting clarity, heading hierarchy, and reading level — measured for AI extraction efficiency. Dense, unbroken text or ambiguous structure lowers AI extraction confidence.
Internal Linking
Are your pages connected in a way search engines can follow?
Internal link density, anchor text relevance, and orphan page detection. Critical for Google's crawl efficiency and PageRank distribution — orphan pages are invisible to both search and AI crawlers.
On-Page SEO
Are your titles, descriptions, and headings doing their job?
Title tag, meta description, and H1 quality across the site — the foundational signals Google reads first to understand and rank each page.
Actual Findings
What we find when we
look under the hood.
This is the layout and depth of the report. The site, the scores, and the figures below are an example we built to show the format, not a client's results. Yours are computed from your own URL.
IllustrativeEvery figure in the panel belowWHAT A COMPLETE LOCAL LISTING LOOKS LIKE
A drawing of the elements a complete listing has: filled-out profile, active reviews, accurate categories, and consistent NAP data across directories. The businesses, ratings, and ranking order are invented. Nobody, including us, can promise a position in the Map Pack.
How We Calculate This
The numbers are modeled.
The gaps are real.
Your results include competitive analysis and revenue estimates alongside the dimension scores. Here is exactly how each is produced.
How we identify your competitors
We analyze your site content, niche, and topical signals to surface the 3 brands dominating AI recommendations in your space. These are not peers your size. They are whoever ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews have decided "owns" your topic. That is your actual competitive threat: the entity capturing AI citations that could be sending you leads.
How revenue estimates are modeled
The revenue range comes from three inputs: estimated monthly query volume in your niche influenced by AI systems, a standard conversion rate for AI-referred traffic, and typical deal size for businesses like yours. We use industry-average benchmarks. We do not have your actual traffic or revenue data. The low/high range reflects conservative vs. optimistic assumptions. You can refine this with your real numbers during a strategy call.
What the AI Visibility Impact Summary shows
The score gauge shows your overall audit result across all 20 dimensions. Competitor displacement tells you how many of the 3 identified competitors currently outrank your domain in AI visibility. Estimated influenced queries is the monthly volume in your niche where AI recommendations shape purchasing decisions. Pipeline exposure is the modeled dollar value of that traffic: what is flowing through AI-driven recommendations in your category right now, and how much is going to competitors.
All competitive and revenue figures are industry-modeled estimates, not measured data. They are designed to give directional signal and should not replace your own revenue and traffic analysis.
